Not What I Agreed To: Content and Consent

Deception sometimes results in nonconsensual sex. A recent body of literature diagnoses such violations as invalidating consent: the agreement is not morally transformative, which why sexual contact a rights violation. We pursue different explanation for wrongs question: there valid consent, but it consent to sex act that happened.
